Birchwood Tourist Park is a perfect central base for exploring the Isle of Purbeck and Dorset countryside & coastline, where you will find lots of interesting places to visit and local events all year.
Wareham
We are three miles drive from the Saxon walled market town of Wareham.
Wareham becomes the centre for "Wareham Wednesdays" in the summer, with events on every August Wednesday for locals and visitors, and other dates through the year such as Bonfire night, also helping raise money for local charities.
Local town street maps are available to download at the Visit Dorset Map Collection. Find Wareham town, the Purbeck area, Swanage, Dorchester, Weymouth, Bridport, Lyme Regis and more.
Dorset
We are ideally positioned in a central location of the Purbecks, close to many local attractions and events happening around Dorset & the Jurassic coast a short drive away.
